Visit requests
We collect the name, email, dates, party size, lodging preference, transport preference, and optional details you submit so we can review and coordinate a family visit. Requests are not confirmed automatically.
Who can see it
Operational details are restricted to authorized hosts. Approved guests can see only information explicitly shared with them and their own linked visit information. Public availability never includes guest names, notes, or reasons dates are unavailable.
Messages and analytics
Automatic email delivery and marketing subscriptions are not enabled. We do not send names, email addresses, exact visit dates, or free-text request details to analytics.
Questions or removal
Contact Joe or Tarrah directly to correct or remove visit information. Removing public details from this site cannot erase copies already stored by third-party caches or search services.
